1. Scope

This Standard applies to single- and multiple-conductor thermoset insulated wires and cables intended for installation in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, on systems having nominal voltages of 5000 V and less.

This Standard covers unshielded constructions.
